It’s been twenty-five years since Eddie Sterling last visited the Underworld. Life is going well; age and family have given him reason and responsibility. Together with Rosalie, he’s making the most of it.
Unfortunately, Fate isn’t done with him yet.
A new tragedy calls him to the Underworld again, but now that he’s been blacklisted, the only way he can come back in is when it’s permanent. This time it won’t be as easy as driving into the tunnel at the crossroads. Eddie and Rosalie have to find a way around the ban, while the Underworld prepares to deal with Sterling-related issues one more time.
